Janine (class of 2017) is from Medical Lake, Washington majoring in Religious Studies and minoring in Theatre Arts. Janine has previously directed The Importance of Being Earnest and As You Like It at Medical Lake High School. Previous GU stage credits include Alice (Bill the Lizard). She aspires to be a pastor, counselor, and graphic novelist.

Courtney Smith, MFA (Scene and Light Designer)
Courtney Smith completed his degree at the University of Idaho. He has taught technical theatre at Gonzaga since 2015. His professional experience includes the English National Theatre, Roundabout Theatre Company, New York City Opera, Mount Baker Repertory Theatre, Montana Shakespeare in the Parks, as well as Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. He has recently received Meritorious Achievement Awards for his design from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival.
Leslie Stamoolis, MFA (Costume Designer)
In 2014, Leslie Stamoolis joined the faculty at Gonzaga, where she teaches costume design and construction. She hold an MFA from University of California, Irvine and an MA in Theatre from Miami University of Ohio. Leslie has worked as a costume designer and technician in theatre in Ohio, Illinois, California, and Washington. Recently, she designed Laura, or Scenes from a Common World, a multi-media performance for Square Top Theatre, and Twelfth Night for The Modern Spokane in collaboration with Eastern Washington University. Leslie has also worked as Director of Education for Cincinatti Shakespeare Company.
Caley Edwards (ASL Choreographer)
Caley (class of 2015) studied in the Gonzaga Dance Program. She currently teaches ballet at Primary Movement in Spokane, WA. Her professional experience includes the Ballet Arts Academy and Spokane Ballet Studio, as well as certification by both the American Ballet Theatre and the Dance for PD (Parkinson's Disease) national program. She has also performed with the Alberta Ballet and the Memphis Ballet. In 2011, she won the Young Choreographer's Award from MusicFest Northwest.
Abbey Plankey (Technical Director)
Abbey Plankey has provided technical direction for Gonzaga's Theatre and Dance since 2015. She has previously worked with 39 Steps NY, Atlantic Theatre Company, Signature Theatre Company, Discovery Times Square, The Public Theatre, and Montana Shakespeare in the Parks. She is a carpenter with experience in prop building, furniture making, stage management, and automation. She was awarded a BA in Technical Theatre from Plymouth State University.
Rachel Carlson (Assistant Director & Stage Manager)
Rachel Carlson (class of 2018) is from Seattle, WA. She is majoring in both Theatre Arts and Broadcasting. Her previous GU stage credits include Krapp's Last Tape (Director), Almost, Maine (Assistant Stage Manager), and Much Ado About Nothing.
